Wow! How timely is this? I just read on Yahoo that there was a study done that says that if you are even moderately overweight it can increase your chances of heart failure. And by moderately they were saying that for each 7 lbs you are overweight your chances of heart failure are 11 percent higher.
So. Exercise is definitely part of my weight loss / fat loss / get healthy / save-the-slacks kick I’m on.
