Day 1 – Calorie And Nutrition Intake

I’m done eating for today so I have the results of the content of what I have eaten. I thought I would have eaten more calories but I didn’t.  Here is a chart of my calorie/fat/sugar/etc. intake for the day:

Total Fat 39g
Saturated Fat 19g
Cholesterol 55mg
Sodium 3090mg
Carbohydrates 406g
Sugar 248g

I’m overdosing on Vitamin C, Niacin and Vitamin B6 with a daily intake of 502%, 114% and 102% respectively.

So what did I eat? Well I had a smoothie in the morning that had cherries, peaches, pineapple,  strawberries, banana, orange juice and milk. I had a can of soup for lunch and a Mt Dew as well. I also had various types of Hershey’s kisses throughout the day. To drink I had some grape juice and a bottle of Propel vitamin water.  For dinner I had a package of Lipton noodles (butter and herb)..  Oh yes…and some chocolate fudge frosting!

Overall I had a lot of sugar. But how much sugar is too much?
