Well this is proving to be interesting. So far calories don’t seem to be much of an issue with me. Especially when I look at what I’m at today. I think seeing what a normal workweek looks like might give more stable information. Here is what I’m at for today:

Saturated fat and cholestoral went up because I had a pizza for a late lunch. Yes, a whole one. I also started tracking calories from fat. I think I read something about keeping that number below a certain percentage of calories. I will have to look into it more.
What I ate today was a pizza, a propel vitamin water and two cans of Mt. Dew. Oh and an Omega 3 fish oil pill. I’ll talk more about that later.
