Day 4 – Daily Intake

It looks like today I’m light on calories again. I bet I’m eating a lot of them during the workweek. I know I have around 1100 for dinner if I have the premade contessa meals.

Today I had 2 cans of Mt. Dew, a Propel Vitamin Water, a piece of cake, can of soup and crab legs. The crab legs added a lot of cholesterol because of the butter.
