I found an interesting blog by a dietician in Chicago named Dawn on the usatoday.com website. The first post I read from her was about writing you goals down to be more successful. Hey! It looks like I’m ahead of the game then since I’m blogging about it every day!
Dawn writes a lot about food and nutrition, gives recipies and explains about thing such as high fructose corn syrup on her blog. Looks interesting so far. I’m glad I stumbled across it while surfing!

Hey if you like Dawn’s blog on USAToday.com and you are looking to lose weight and eat healthier I would highly recommend her book The Flexitarian Diet. It has over 100 recipes and great nutrition advice. Very good book that has helped me tremendously. Her website also offers a ton of great recipes.
I might just check it out after I’m done with the Dr. Oz book. Thanks!
