My new years eve daily intake wasn’t too bad. I really dont drink so there is nothing to add for that. The time is fast approaching for me to make whatever changes I need to so I can get rid of the flabbiness that has taken hold of my midsection!

I didn’t have anything out of the ordinary for me except maybe 3 Mt. Dews. At 170 calories per can that pushed me up a bit. I think I’m going to cut those out once I start my exercise / healthy eating kick in a few days..
