I’m seeing a pattern now. During the workweek I am having 1600 to 1800 calories a day. During my days off I’m having at least 2100 calories a day and up to 2600. So calories are an issue for me. That and I still have to look into my sugar intake.

Pizza (again) did me in for fat calories and a few other things. My problem is getting moderation in things. Well at least I’m getting a clear picture of what I’m eating now..
