Day 10 – Daily Intake

Well apparently not all weekend days are days that I eat an excess of calories. Yesterday was a good example I think.

Calories 1390
Fat Calories 224
Total Fat 41g
Saturated Fat 13g
Cholesterol 150mg
Sodium 1825mg
Carbohydrates 171g
Sugar 184g

I had more sugar than anything. I re-ran the MSN calorie counter and came up with a lower number too, 1649. So I’d say I burn somewhere between 1650 and 1950 calories per day. I need exercise obviously..
