The one in parenthesis in the title of this post means that this is the first day I’ve tried to modify my eating to conform to a healthier lifestyle. Here is how I did:

I did not make my goal for sugar intake. However, if you take out the half a pop and the reduced sugar from my new smoothie I would be ver close to making my 70g or less goal. I would have been 5g over.
I was under my 1900 calories goal by about 325. I’m not sure if that is good or bad yet. I dont’ want to fall that much under consistently but if it’s an irregular thing it’s no problem. I guess I’ll have to see what my average is once the weekend is over.
I pretty much met my goal of averaging my food intake for the day. By the end of the night I think I had just over 1000 calories and the last 500ish were for dinner.
I easily met both my total fat (<63g) and saturated fat (<20g) intake goals.
I have not researched vitamins yet or started exercise so that make 4 out of 7 mini goals I succeeded at today. I think I will need to try and get home earlier for the exercise part. Or do it in the morning?
