I reworked the ingrediants and ingrediant portions of my morning smoothing to more appropriately fit into my new diet.

Some of the discrepancy was mis-calculation and the other part was adjusting portion size. The new smoothie is 15g of sugar and 125 calories lighter than the previous. Since I did not record calories from fat in my previous smoothie, I made sure to add them in this one.
It is still highly likely that I am going to go over my self imposed 70g of sugar limit for tomorrow. The smoothie will contain 40g and my half pop will have 23g. After that last pop I should be able to manage my sugars better..
