Well I fell pretty short of calories today. Previously on the weekends I was at around 2300 calories. But since I cut out the sugars I’m much lower. I’ll have to watch my weight and make sure I’m not losing any.

The banana I had is what brought me over 70g of sugar. I think there is 12g of sugar in a medium sized banana. The good news is that my average sugar intake since I quit soda is 69.8g per day. Most of that is from my morning smoothie..
