Well it’s Monday so I have new weight, body fat and BMI numbers:

I think I’m going to need more calories. It’s only been four days since I last weighed myself and I’ve lost .2 lbs? Since I am averaging 1620 calories a day now I would guess that is the issue. I’ve cut out a lot of calories since I’ve cut my sugar intake and I’m falling short about 280 per day on average. Here are my Sunday numbers:
