Well it’s Monday so I have new weight, body fat and BMI numbers:

I think I’m going to need more calories. It’s only been four days since I last weighed myself and I’ve lost .2 lbs? Since I am averaging 1620 calories a day now I would guess that is the issue. I’ve cut out alot of calories since I’ve cut my sugar intake and I’m falling short about 280 per day on average. Here are my Sunday numbers:
