Ok. So I thought I’d be slick. I figured I’d eat more since I’m always so low on calories. I added extra lunch meat to my sandwhich. I had a larger dinner than normal. And here are my results:

?!? I had less calories than I did yesterday! I even contemplated snarfing half a dozen Oreo cookies but that would have blown my sugar count for the day easily.
So for dinner I had a can of soup, a piece of tilapia and a piece of salmon. No Name frozen salmon fillets (original recipe) are awesome by the way! Still to no avail calorie wise.. It looks like I may have to break down and…gasp!…Eat breakfast! How am I going to find time to make that??

You said you like No Name Salmon–but what are you comparing it to? Other frozen salmon, fresh grocery store salmon, fresh butcher salmon or eating out at a nice place salmon?? Just curious!
I had actually never had salmon before I had the No Name brand. I never liked fish all that much but I read about the omega 3 in fish being so good for you that I just had to try and force myself to eat it.
The reason why I bought the No Name salmon is because it comes with everything ready to go. They come 4 to a box and each piece is sealed in a packed with all the seasoning and it comes with a pop up timer already inserted so you can’t really screw up cooking it! Which is perfect for me.
Taste-wise I like that No Name salmon is not at all fishy tasting. The fishy taste is what always turned me off to fish. But what really makes it taste so good is the seasoning they use. I have no idea what is in there but the first time I ate one I immediately made another and ate that too.
They are a little expensive but maybe not for salmon. I don’t know since I have not bought any other kind. A box of 4 costs $17.99 at Jewel. You can get them on sale for $15.99 and I’ve gotten coupons for $2.50 off at the register.
