Low! Low! Low! The oatmeal didn’t really help increase my calorie intake as you can see here:

Ironically my sugar is towards the upper limit. With just 1300 calories I thought it would be lower. Ahh! I used milk in my oatmeal so that added some extra sugars. But still, 68g seems high for what I had.
