Do I really wanna eat that?

Day 23 (11) – Daily Intake

I added more calories Thursday but also added more total fat to my diet.

Calories 1972
Fat Calories 742
Total Fat 79g
Saturated Fat 20g
Cholesterol 110mg
Sodium 3699mg
Carbohydrates 224g
Sugar 69g

I went over my total fat goal by 16g but stayed within my sugar goal of 70g so I’m happy. I’m also happy I increased my total calories. After the day before having only 1300 I needed to get more food in me.

I plan to continue on with my current goals for another 19 day and then re-evaluate where I’m at. I’m really hoping to come up with a feasible plan for working out by then too. Why 19 more days? Well I’ve been reading it takes 21 to 30 days to form a habit and I want to make eating healthy a habit!
