Day 26 (14) – Daily Intake

I didn’t meet some of my goals on Sunday.

Calories 1582
Fat Calories 412
Total Fat 44g
Saturated Fat 17g
Cholesterol 95mg
Sodium 3728mg
Carbohydrates 220g
Sugar 72g

I went over on sugar by 2g and had too many calories later in the day (after 9pm). Also, I was under my goal calories by about 315.  I did meet my total fat and saturated fat goals though.

I think I will do better this week. And overall I know I’ll do better. I’ve already cut my sugar intake down to an average of 68g from 202g per day. And I’ve cut my fat intake per day as well. (End self pep talk).
