I have Mondays numbers and weigh in information today. Given my average calorie intake went down to about 1550 per day it’s no surprise that I’ve lost a bit more weight.

I weighed myself after my shower on Monday morning so I hope that didn’t affect the numbers all that much. The instructions on the Omron HBF 400 said to weigh myself first thing in the morning before a shower. I think if anything it would throw off the body fat number but I’m not sure. I guess I’ll have to see next week.
Onto the calorie information. I didn’t have a whole lot of calories yesterday. I made up for it with my sodium intake though! That’s a fair trade…right? Meh..

I made my fat goals this time around but my fat calories were at 36% of my total calories. That isn’t too big of a deal since my average fat calories sits at a hair over 29%. My sodium was through the roof yesterday though. Bleh. I did meet my sugar goal pretty handily but in light of yesterdays post on sugar and RDA limits I don’t know if it matters all that much.
I really can’t wait until the 30 day mark is up so I can re-evaluate and make changes. I think that is always my biggest problem with doing things. I want everything now. Then I get impatient, overdo it to an extreme and then swing back in the other extreme. That is part of the reason for this blog. So I can really keep track and make sure I stay within reasonable limits.
