About 1100 calories again yesterday. I met my other goals though, sugar, fats, etc. I need to start on the vitamins and exercise now. I’m already taking a couple vitamins. I’ll do a post detailing them soon. Maybe I’ll make it a page up top. Well one of the two anyway..
