Exercise For Stomach Muscles
February 2nd, 2009 Posted in ExerciseI was reading an article on MSN about outdated fitness rules and noticed something they suggested to do instead of sit ups / crunches. I’ve always called them leg lifts but they called them something else.
Basically you lay on your back with your legs up and bent at a 90 degree angle and your arms above you head on the floor. You will kind of look like a chair that has fallen over. Then you raise your arms toward your feet and straighten your feet towards your arms in a V shape. Hold for one second, do 8 to 10 reps.
I think I might add this, along with jump rope, to a nightly (or morning?) exercise routine.
