Week 2 – Nutrition Goal

Ugh! That about sums it up. Why ugh you ask? Well look at my numbers:

Weight: 139.2 lbs
Body Fat: 14.8
BMI: 21.2
Calories 1471
Fat Calories 436
% Fat Calories 30%
Total Fat 47g
Saturated Fat 11g
Cholesterol 85mg
Sodium 2034mg
Carbohydrates 194g
Sugar 79g

They look great! I’ve met all my goals! Except for one…calories. Hence the..UGH! Well the good news is that I’ve discovered the ’secret’ to weight loss. Eat healthy!…who knew? The bad news is…I dont want to lose weight! So far I’m down 7 lbs from when I first started. It’s not a huge amount for 42 days but it comes out to 1lb every six days.

I’m having just over 500 calories for breakfast and almost 500 for lunch. I’ve noticed that I get a bit hungry later in the day around 4:00 so I need to find something to add in as a snack or increase my lunch size. Dinner is usually around 500 calories as well.
