Week 3 – Nutrition Goal

I’ve done better this last week on the calorie intake. I increased my average to almost 1600 while still staying in range for my other goals. And as you can see my weight has stopped dropping and even gone up a bit. Which is good for me. I’ve also kept within my limit of sodium. That one is harder to do than it seems.

For some reason the last week I was missing two days worth of data so my numbers are based off of 5 days instead of 7. Why they didn’t get saved I’m not sure.
