Well I’m getting better with the calorie intake. My average calories have been increasing by about 100 per week the last couple of weeks. I’m still below my goal of 1900 per week though.

My main problem is that I’m still dropping weight. I started off at 146 and now I’m at 138. That’s an average of 1 lb every 7 days. The good news is that I’m dropping it in the area that I wanted to drop it…the stomach. I really don’t want to lose any more though.
This week I’ve added more fruits into my diet. It will push my sugar up for sure but I’m less worried about that since these are natural sugars. I’m hoping the added calories will stop the weight loss. How many of you just hate me right now for having to work at not losing weight?

For anyone wondering, the fruits I’ve added into my diet are grapes and oranges.
