Week 5 – Nutrition Goal

I’m still doing pretty decent with following my nutrition plan. My sugar intake has increased lately but that is due to more fruits added to my diet and not processed sugars.

My weight seems to have stabilized at about 138 lbs. I thought I would drop a bit more since I only averaged 1500 calories last week. I actually have lost an inch around my waist as well. That was really where I wanted to lose it since I was starting to grow flab on my stomach.

What I’ve been really happy with is that I have managed to lower my average sodium intake by about 50%. .
