Week 12 – 13 Nutrition Goal

I combined weeks 12 and 13 this time around because I started to slack off on recording my numbers. I noticed when I started to do that my diet also started slipping. I ate out at Chilies, had pizza and started eating more sugary foods again.

Sodium 2287mg
Carbohydrates 236g
Sugar 120g

Since not everything was recorded that I ate it may be hard to tell that I was slipping from these numbers. Where you can notice is in my calorie, fats and sodium intakes. All were higher for this recording period and they were higher than I recorded too. So I’ve taken myself to task and started recording more diligently again.
