Week 14 – Nutritional Goal

This is the first week I’ve recorded numbers with my adjusted smoothie and oatmeal numbers. I’ve been putting more OJ and milk that I had originally recorded so I updated the calculation to include the correct amounts.

My weight is holding steady at around 136 so I must be doing something right. I’ve lost a total of around 11 lbs since I started but more importantly to me is the fact that I lost the stomach fat I had started to gain. I’m sure that it is much easier to lose weight when I did rather than let it become a health issue and then have to lose 50 or more pounds. I really have to figure out a way to start getting some exercise in though. Once I do that I’ll also have to increase the number of calories I’m getting for sure..
