Week 15 – Nutritional Goal

My weekly numbers are not as good as they usually are:

Weight: 136.0 lbs
Body Fat: 13.7
BMI: 20.7
Calories 1734
Fat Calories 511
% Fat Calories 29%
Total Fat 56g
Saturated Fat 15g
Cholesterol 113mg
Sodium 2401mg
Carbohydrates 215g
Sugar 103g

I had higher sodium and fats last week. This was because I pigged out at Chilies over the weekend. I did have it over a couple of days though. As a matter of fact I finished off the last of the fajita leftovers tonight. But since I was within all of my set goals it was fine.

Other than that my typical meals included the usual. Oatmeal and a smoothie for breakfast, sandwhich and almonds for lunch, salmon and 2 to 3 vegetables for dinner. I tended to also have more milk than usual and that adds some calories. I’m sure that is part of the reason my calorie count was higher.
