I had higher sodium and fats the last two weeks. Part of the reason for this was that I started eating hersey’s kisses and I ate out at Chilies again. That has pushed me closer to my limits for sodium, total fat and saturated fat. An extra glass of milk has helped push those numbers higher as well. Not good. I’ll have to watch what I eat better from now on. It has not affected my weight but it is less healthy than I want to eat. I wouldn’t consider it a diet failure but if I continue the trend it could become an unhealthy eating habit.
