Do I really wanna eat that?

Calorie Tracking Spreadsheet

June 20th, 2009 Posted in Calories, Daily Intake

Here is the excel spreadsheet that I use to track my daily calorie, fats and sodium intake. I started using it when I began my ‘eating healthy’ diet plan. I’ve taken out most of the old information since it would look pretty cluttered with what I’ve eaten for the last half of a year. I have left some of the info in it so people can get an idea of how I record the numbers and such:

(Right click, Save target as)

There are no macros on the excel file so if it prompts you to enable them say no. If you have any questions or suggestions post them in the comments and I’ll answer them as soon as possible.
