I did a better job of eating right this last week than the 2 weeks before. What’s interesting is that I gained about a pound. I’d say that was normal fluctuation though. I’m still within my 136ish weight:

The only number I’d like to see lower would be my saturated fats. Mine has gone up over the last few weeks in part because I’ve been having more 1% milk. If I remember right there are 1.5 g of saturated fat per 12 oz and I was starting to have two glasses a night. I decided to swap out one glass with OJ instead. I would say water but I get about 72 oz of that every day at work..
