I’ve added a new poll today! From the last poll it seems as though most people have a weakness for sugary foods and fried foods. I personally have a weakness for the sugary foods.
This time around I’m interested to know what diets have actually worked for you. The one that worked for me was to make permenant healthy changes to my diet…You know, eating more fruits and vegetables along with plenty of fish.
